Cons
As a company that had been bought by a Korean company, many people will not speak fluent English. This is a minor problem but it is one. Some documentation are in Korean. Documentation of projects are bad, but they are slowly getting better. Management are friendly. Compensation is rather low. Not enough people in their projects and they are rushing to catch up with the market. Not as many vacation days as other companies we are competing against.
