Pay's not bad with OK bonus but no stock

Cons

Trying to turn a US company into a Korean one. 3 CEO's in a year and a half and then they promote the person who was a big part of the problem to run the company? We are losing people as fast as they can recruit. I don't know anyone who's staying.
