Thanks for your comments! Yes change is challenging however we are starting to see the benefits. The technology improvements are facilitating communication with all associates especially our new TOD portal. We've given people growth opportunities to take on new positions – again more challenges. We even changed HQ into a open space working environment. That took adjustment. Overall I think all of these changes position us for a very successful future. Our clients are responding positively.
