Thanks for your many comments about the company. We really try to make it a positive experience for both associates and our clients. I am especially trying to ensure that there are opportunities for growth. Yes, occasionally some people are resistant to change – and we have certainly put through a lot of new technology in the past several months especially with our new Tod portal. As you know we we have a balance of experience in our talent pool from the newly hired to those with numerous years. I think this makes us a better place. We all learn from each other. There is certainly value to both the old and the new. Keep your comments coming and yes we try to make sure everyone takes a vacation – it's hard at times because associates get caught up in their work. They just love it!
