Pros

This is a great collaborative environment to work. I am currently located in the Irvine office and the team here is very supportive and open to input. Good company to work for if you want to further your career and learn a lot of new things. Management is very hands on and this is a 'take the ball and run with it' type company. If you are a driven individual and enjoy challenges this company would be great for you.

Cons

If you do not enjoy working in a team environment, this may not be the company for you.
