Thank you for taking the time to prepare a review, especially your sincere comments on our weaknesses. We view our intimacy and collaborative team spirit at HQ as an important part of our operating success and the type of culture we want to build across our entire workforce. You are absolutely right in highlighting that one of biggest challenges is developing the same type of connectivity with all of our employees across the country as we have at HQ. We have started several initiatives that will help us address this challenge by improving how we communicate, providing more frequent company updates, sharing ideas across the firm, and most importantly increasing transparency. These initiatives are all being implemented through our TOD platform. We've just rolled out our smartphone application portion of the platform -- this is just the beginning! You also rightly point out that the lack of face to face interaction is a weakness that we should address. Your comments have prompted me to ask the entire leadership team (including myself) to travel more frequently to all of our project sites. We will also look for ways to bring associates to our office so they can meet all of the members of our staff that support them.
