Pay is slightly above average. Payroll and benefits work well.

Cons

Administrative tasks are almost always bungled... Coordination, communication, deployment, hiring, recruiting are dismal for a company this size.

We have been undergoing a significant amount of change regarding administrative tasks--changes in personnel as well as policy and procedures. Currently, we are shifting to improvements in technology to improve the various functions you mentioned. These changes will roll out over the year and are designed to ultimately streamline the process.
