I am sorry to learn that you had this experience with you manager and coworkers. We strive to work with everyone equally, but clearly you had a negative experience with us. We have made some changes to increase transparency on work opportunities and communication. We have released our TOD (Talent On Demand) smart phone app to broadcast all project opportunities and we encourage everyone to respond through the app if they would like to be considered.
