Pros
Great traders to learn from, insanely good technology/trading platform, and an optimal learning environment.
Cons
Completely commission-based, management is a little unprofessional at times (can blow up if they aren't trading well), management not the best traders in the firm by far but they do have some experience in the sector. Many times it feels like most are out for themselves.
