*office culture is great as the employees are friendly and fun. *Hard to get fired if youre in the office *Decent Health insurance

*HR, and let me reiterate, HR. Awful. The way they handle raises and promotion pay is absolutely awful. HR will take 6 months just to hire you even if you've been offered the job. *Pay is mid, again comes from their HR department. The way they decide how much to pay you is based on some "sophisticated" systems. Getting hired in is fine, but they will completely screw you over in your promotion compensation, giving you the absolute bare minimum they can.
