      Pros

      Good company overall, they offer all of the same things other companies offer. Just less of the same things.

      Cons

      They don't seem interested in keeping talent. Lots of companies are paying top dollar to get people in the door, SPX seems content on letting them go.

RiSE includes a leadership development program that has graduated multiple classes of participants and includes development opportunities for multiple levels in the organization, from a front line leadership program to an executive development program.       Good people and a very responsive leadership team. Diverse businesses under the overall name and tons of growth potential.

      Can be a bit chaotic because of the growth, but it is managed well.

      Coworkers are hardworking and supportive of one another despite the management issues.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership, favoritism, lack of trust, retaliatory behavior, selective treatment, poor morale, uncomfortable work environment, poor communication, and constant micromanagement.
