Pros

Professional people from all over the world, modern, co-workers willing to train you so that you can enjoy flexible scheduling for family needs and things like that.

Cons

Dependent on email to avoid blame internally rather than add value for customers. Due to the number of people let go, it is safer to document that you told someone else about the problem in multiple emails and emails are overused. Functions are so fragmented that you may not be able to resolve a simple issue from end to end without multiple levels of approval or you lack program access for no apparent reason.

Can be a bit chaotic because of the growth, but it is managed well.

Coworkers are hardworking and supportive of one another despite the management issues.

Cons

Toxic leadership, favoritism, lack of trust, retaliatory behavior, selective treatment, poor morale, uncomfortable work environment, poor communication, and constant micromanagement.
