      Pros

      The hours are there if you are ready to work and they do give you a 10hr reset after each shift. PTO is nice too and is approved if put in early enough

      Cons

      Lack of communication to new drivers about critical topics. You have to ask to get other managers numbers.

      The company actually does care for it's employees

      The industry was not for me, inconsistent start and end times doesn't allow for a second job which is needed during the winter
