I would give ZERO stars if I could - Manager SRM Concrete Employee Review

No one would do their actual jobs aside from the drivers the plants are messy and old and need serious work in every area Maintenance is horribly slow to fix ANYTHING , even something very simple There is no safety environment what so ever. Hard hats are not a requirement unless you're on a job site. Diversity? They could not care less. How are the employees treated? Also could not care less Everyone was always very negative and no one seemed to enjoy their job at all Cut corners in whatever way they possibly could Honestly, all they care about is buying out every company possible. Huge ego issues
