Pros
Great co-workers, Wonderful plant manager, mechanics are awesome, most office staff are super. The pay is great, the hours are long in the summer, but the downtime in the winter makes it worth it.
Cons
One particular member of the office staff has a highly inflated ego and can be wildly disrespectful to other employees. He lacks basic human decency, but, you can avoid him and work with the other office staff, who happens to be very friendly and easy to work with. This location has wonderful humans working for them, however, it is still a VERY large company, so at the end of the day, you're just a number.
