Family-oriented atmosphere but not junior-friendly - Architect II SSOE Group Employee Review

As a new employee, I've found everyone to be very welcoming and supportive. The hybrid work model provides a nice work-life balance, and I've already seen examples of employees growing their careers through internal promotions. It's also nice to work for a company that stays actively involved in the community.

As a recent hire, I'm still learning the organization and its processes. So far, I haven't encountered any notable drawbacks.

Great onboarding experience so far. The team has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. Communication has been clear, and I appreciate the structured training and resources provided to new employees.

I am still early in my role, so I do not have many concerns at this time. There is a lot to learn during onboarding, but the available support has been helpful.
