      No structure and often people point u to other people for things. Seems like few people stay past entry level positions.

      A few strong leaders kept on doing their best to evolve.

      Reactive and short-term leadership, lack of transparency in decision-making, DEI commitment that doesn't survive scrutiny at the leadership level, and a communication culture that defaults to lack of transparency over honesty.
