Pros
Lots of over time is they have a job. Fast pace work so you never get board if you can survive the rollercoaster of hiring lots of people then laying off lots ore when the work runs out.
Cons
There is inconsistent work, lots of stress, and poor work life balance. Management has no plan just reacts to whatever happens and calls it a plan.
