      middle of the road salary and benefits, could do worse

      Enormous org structure with multiple layers of middle management NDAs, non-competes, and IP policies akin to tech companies management more focused on mergers into the next market than supporting previous growth or training Complacency is rampant with many repeat clients, poor client-specific problem solving

      Reactive and short-term leadership, lack of transparency in decision-making, DEI commitment that doesn't survive scrutiny at the leadership level, and a communication culture that defaults to lack of transparency over honesty.
