      Pros

      Really good training program for engineers right out of school. The benefits and pay are decent albeit the pay is slightly below industry standard.

      Cons

      Seasonal business may occur and be very stressful. There is high turnover due to the pay being less than standard.

      A few strong leaders kept on doing their best to evolve.

      Cons

      Reactive and short-term leadership, lack of transparency in decision-making, DEI commitment that doesn't survive scrutiny at the leadership level, and a communication culture that defaults to lack of transparency over honesty.
