      Great upper management team. Transparent leadership with strong strategic planning, market initiatives, and communication with employees. Great benefits and year end profit sharing!

      Cons

      High workload can be draining during busy times. Company works hard to give work life balance, but that can be a struggle when everyone is busy.

      Reactive and short-term leadership, lack of transparency in decision-making, DEI commitment that doesn't survive scrutiny at the leadership level, and a communication culture that defaults to lack of transparency over honesty.
