      Growing company that is striving to be the best and do the best for their clients. Increasing benefits and bonus when times are good.

      Cons

      Can get stuck if you don’t push for promotions. Only have salary/promotion review once a year.

      A few strong leaders kept on doing their best to evolve.

      Cons

      Reactive and short-term leadership, lack of transparency in decision-making, DEI commitment that doesn't survive scrutiny at the leadership level, and a communication culture that defaults to lack of transparency over honesty.
