      References to projects are not used often. If you are younger your opinion is not treated as equal. Project managers quote jobs to get them in the door with little regard to the time it will take engineers to complete SOW.

      A few strong leaders kept on doing their best to evolve.

      Reactive and short-term leadership, lack of transparency in decision-making, DEI commitment that doesn't survive scrutiny at the leadership level, and a communication culture that defaults to lack of transparency over honesty.
