Pros
I have been working for the over 3 years in Coimbatore office, part of different teams and always found every team as supportive and helpful as others. Its not always easy on every client I worked, but any time i have put in good efforts, got results. SSI has always been there for us anytime needed, recently moved to a newer office space, older one was a bit worn out. I personally got what I needed in terms of support, benefits and have seen everyone else also being treated equally. SSI's client base in not the greatest, its been some time they got some new clients, but what they have are the good productive clients. Best are their incentive structure and top management, which is always there to help out and support. We have never had to ask for anything to be done, it was always done before we could ask. No politics, no nonsense, its a performance driven company.
Cons
Holding on to some poor recruiters for longer time has been their biggest problem. Internal recruiting isnt the greatest, their dependency on referrals is very high, and dont go out to recruit from other companies very aggressively. Due to this, few bad recruiters are still employed.
