Pros
Managers know how to get the best out of any employee, be it a recruiter or admin or even a manager. I have not seen this in any of my previous jobs/companies. Immediate managers or even the higher up one's are always looking for ways to make every recruiter productive and successful. One of the best things I loved here is the concept of recurring commission plan based on "you make money as long as we make money"... highly motivating managers, transparent work culture, no bossy bosses.. Employees haven't left the company in last 2 years to work for a competitor, I guess that says a lot about everything here.. Managers keep everyone informed about everything, no surprises..
Cons
Nothing very critical or to worry about.. only feedback would be to increase team events/outings.. company & team is fun, but it would be good to make it even better !..
