Pros
I have been with SSI for over 2 years now, its been a great journey so far. Their reward programs are very inclusive, compensation & commissions are really good. They try really hard to keep everyone motivated, create new avenues to have better engagements. There is some new initiative every month!.
Cons
Work from home since March 2020. I understand this is something out of control of SSI due to current situations, pandemic etc. However, should definitely look at options to some people to office soon.
