Management will go out of their way to avoid you so they don't have to resolve any pressing issues. Reviews/raises are nonexistent, you can go years of getting "we will do it next month". If you aren't besties with the chosen ones you will get nothing but long hours and no acknowledgement. HR will not respond to your requests 99% of the time. CEO is cheap, doesn't pay vendors, lies to clients during walk throughs. Management asks employees to fudge numbers for reports given to clients. Security issues galore. Probably more but I digress.
