There are some nice people at Stratacache at the lower levels. I was surprised by how many normal people were around and willing to work for this company.

Cons

Everyone in any kind of management position is insane. You will never get any training. You will never get any feedback. Don't even think about career advancement. Shady business practices to make it look like a much bigger and more professional company than it really is.

The bullpen is easy job, not strenuous at all

Cons

The HEAT is a problem. Not enough fans for a place with no air. Supervisors can sit in front of the big fans but if you try to stand in front of it for 20 seconds to dry off the fountain of sweat then they'll send you away not allow it. The pay just isn't worth it.
