The pressure to always make sales and forced to lie to customers to make sales
Terrible management that doesn't listen to the workers.
Management is aggressive/passive-aggressive.
Pizza parties to cover-up issues that were left unsolved.
No sense of loyalty. No yearly increase pay, you have to make sure they like you if you want a chance of pay-raise. You have to ask for a raise and the answer is usually "due to the economy" even if they have just made millions of dollars over a holiday weekend.
