Pros
You have a job but don't expect a career unless you are willing to give up every other aspect of your life. Expect your only source of oxygen to come from the air filtered into the warehouse, you will not see daylight again, but you have an underpaid and under appreciated job.
Cons
No balance. Salary employees are 24/7 teetered to email and you will be expected to live and die for this company. Hourly employees are also world hard and feel very disconnected from leadership. Temp agencies can't get employees to show up and the reality is that if management valued the SC employees this would not be such an issue.
