Pros
Great people to work with and loved the hours.
Cons
Left Saddle creek in the late 90's after being a full time employee for almost 2 years in the Sam's Club distribution building. I was a forklift driver at first then worked my way up to verifier. Never missed work never came in late or left early. Always had great reviews and always gave 110%. Went back a few years ago and worked through a temp agency as a verifier for Sam's club in the new building. Nothing had changed as far as the process so I was able to get right back into the swing of things. When I tried to get hired on full time they told me that I was unable to be hired on by the company because they no longer allow felons to be hired on full time. (even though I was previously employed there) I was told that I could stay on as a temp worker as long as I wanted to though. So I was good enough to be a full time temp worker but not good enough to be a full time Saddle Creek employee. I have left Saddle Creek and have written numerous books that are sold worldwide on Warehouse Logistics, GMP, and Warehouse Operations and Safety Management. I am now considered an expert in this field but all that Saddle Creek Corp could see is the mistakes I made years ago.
