Pros
The company, overall, wants to support everyone and make them succeed. If you're an hourly associate you are treated like gold at almost all locations.
Cons
Depending on which site you're in you may be working with people who have very little idea of what they're doing at the highest levels of the building. Worse yet, they inform their bosses and their bosses take that incorrect information as gospel. Some places just refuse to fire people who underperform and will promote them over good performers because they need the good performers in their current role to keep the building afloat.
