Pros

Not much to mention about it They pay you weekly Using peoplenet as a elog Probably you'll find another job before your retirement so you won't get much benefits

Cons

The trucks you drive break down at least 3 times in a mouth You're going to sit on the side of the road with over 100 degrees for 2 hours or more and you cannot idle. Engine dies every 3 minutes if not moving Late start time You don't know where you're going until you get the paperwork Lots of miscommunication You need to check your pay stop every week, you are mispaid most of the time No weekend off Off days are separated during the week days No family time because you're working during evenings and weekends Over priced health insurance! Basically you're working jist for insurance that has very high copay for doctor visit

Pros

Decent promotion opportunities if we're looking for advancement.

Cons

No work life balance. Company values are just words they say but do not follow. All leadership members struggle to be supportive. "Do whatever it takes" is such a toxic motto that is used to force you into working long hours and weekends. Timelines are unrealistic given the lack of support.
