The management, including upper level management, will tell you they “value” you and your concerns and they have an open door policy for discussions but when concerns are voiced like nepotism in the workplace the constant response you will receive is, “ if your uncomfortable with how things are going, maybe this isn’t a good fit.” No discussions about concerns. As long as numbers are hit they aren’t concerned about what management does or how staff is treated.
