Pros
The team to begin with were good and supportive to work with.
Cons
Wrong bums on seats. HR were picking on one person who actually cared about the company and doing such a great job. Letting other people get away with sitting on their phones all day and not doing any work. Proper training was only every provided once a year with everything thrown at you all at once. The work ethic of some of the staff was appealing and frustrating to work with. After coming back off leave, email inboxes would be full with over 100 emails because the people left did not care about answering them or delivering the quality service. The same mistakes were made by the same person on multiple occasions with them never apologising to the customer, just handing it over to the manager to deal with. People did not like to be trained on more specific sides of the company which would have help reduce workload being thrown into one individual person. Was told after my probation finished I would receive a pay rise. This never occured until over a year of being at the company.
