Horrible culture starting form the top down. Zero follow through on the promises made to team members. Do not believe what any executive may say to get you to join the company.

Cons

Upper management has their own agendas by playing favorites and hiring favorites other employees have to work twice as hard. They have a very high rate of employee turnover caused by dissention.
