Great team in the Richardson office

Safety Kleen has recently laid off 400 long term employees in the Richardson office, and moved all of those jobs to the Corporate office in Norwell, MA. However, they do not have the key personal in place or train to move all those functions to the Corporate office yet, so they are trying to hire local help for these roles. Please know within the next 18-24 months all the jobs we be relocated to Norwell. If you are interested in working at the Dallas office. Please know it will be a short time before you are part of 400. The company has not given a raise to it's employees over 6 years, so make sure you negotiate a good salary before sign on with this company. High medical insurance deductible especially if you have a family.

Work with good people, mostly.

Cons

Micromanage, no follow through, lack of communication, lack of training except to watch 1-2 weeks worth of videos that have a test afterwards. There is your training, get our there and play with hazardous materials.
