      Th base was decent, the commission was all over the place

      Cons

      The layers of management were overwhelming, yet most managers did not have authorizations to get things done. As an account manager I did not have the authority to make deals that made sense. Everything is so micromanaged it is suffocating.

      Work with good people, mostly.

      Cons

      Micromanage, no follow through, lack of communication, lack of training except to watch 1-2 weeks worth of videos that have a test afterwards. There is your training, get our there and play with hazardous materials.
