      Can be a gravy job if you like to work hard and long hours. Potential to have large salary if you work hard and go above and beyond. Off the weekend.

      They pay you for a 40 hour salary plus commission, but expect you to work 50+ hours every week. You are expected to always go above and beyond what they ask.

      Work with good people, mostly.

      Cons

      Micromanage, no follow through, lack of communication, lack of training except to watch 1-2 weeks worth of videos that have a test afterwards. There is your training, get our there and play with hazardous materials.
