Worst job ever, micro managed to death. Daily threats - Route Driver Safety-Kleen Employee Review

Micro managed and babysat daily, treated like a child. If truck has issues, told ignore and finish your route. Don't finish your 18-20 stops due to being held up in accident. Told if happens again will be written up. Constant daily threats if you don't do this or that you will be fired. Daily pressure to sell crappy recycled oil for more than new oil. If you don't sell again written up. Paperwork ridiculous, dangerous climbing up on truck daily. The worst job ever had. Manager had ego and thought he was perfect. Everyone at job very unhappy and wanting to leave and get better job. All my co-workers will leave as soon as job found. I quit, could not take daily verbal abuse any more. Found better job within a week.
