      Pros

      Always something new to learn. Good people to work with at the local level. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Clean Harbors does not give raises...ever. No upward mobility unless willing to move / re-locate. Sales people make more than management due to impossible branch budgets. Always short handed on the service side. Takes six months to train new drivers. Trucks aging and constantly breaking down.

      Work with good people, mostly.

      Cons

      Micromanage, no follow through, lack of communication, lack of training except to watch 1-2 weeks worth of videos that have a test afterwards. There is your training, get our there and play with hazardous materials.
