This position pays like an entry level position with the expectation of doing everyone else job and you have to work 50 hours a week but only get paid for 40. You will be least paid person in the facility but expected to work more hours than everyone else. Commission constantly gets changed and never benefits the salesman. The level of micro managing is an absolute joke, it is like working in a prison. Your job title is territory manager also known as a salesman where you are expected to bring in an unrealistic amount of new business every month, while spending more than 75% of your time entering pointless micromanaged information into salesforce. You will spend more time chasing down open invoices, updating salesforce (which is how you are judged on your performance by the way) creating profiles, and doing pointless campaigns in an attempt to generate revenue for your branch but will not bring you any money. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to work, they will run you into the ground and overwork you and could care less whether you stay or go. You are just a number here, zero appreciation for their employees. There is a reason there is constant turnover with this position.
