There are no longer any incentives to complete your route nor pick up new business. You only receive commission on existing customers so picking up new customers seems to be a waste of time. Safety is preached by corporate but when it comes to purchasing equipment for the sake of safety it seems that the safety is no longer as important. They are always implementing more work through apps by getting rid of the people who specialized in these areas. It seems as if apps are more important than the routes getting done.
