Pros
Your allowed to get up out of your cube sometimes, but only to go to the bathroom. Make sure you keep it under 5 minutes though!!
Cons
If you ask any Norwell SKE upper management what the best part of working here is, they will tell you it’s the culture. This is a hilarious answer they continue to use since it couldn’t be more obvious how toxic and sickening the Inside Sales culture is. So much so, most new hires end up leaving within their first few months… if that! IS Managers preach on having an open door policy which is interesting since they are always locked inside their office, have zero availability on their schedule (and cancel every meeting request you send them), or are out playing golf - I mean ‘working from home’. The Norwell IS SKE managers play favorites. Unless you hit above budget your first month, you will immediately become an after thought to them… Invisible you could say. There is NO structured training program for new hires. You are expected to shadow other employees who are far to busy taking call after call to actually train or explain anything to you. It’s embarrassing! Management has no interest in working with you to become successful either. Instead, they instigate bullying between teammates and call it a “test” of how much you can handle. What kind of manager does that?! Above all, the most upsetting thing about Norwell Inside Sales Management is the sexual harassment that employees endure from their managers. With the fear of loosing their job, it is rare an employee will speak up, but there’s no point in wasting your time going to HR about it anyways. HR will ask you for as much information as possible, making you think they are going to take action to end this behavior, but think again. As soon as HR has the details and proof needed, they will sweep it under the rug in order to protect the company’s name and reputation.
