Branch manager will nit pick every little thing. The smallest of mistakes are going to have you spending 20+ mins going in circles are he keeps making his point that you made a simple mistake. You'll have much more responsibility and expectations placed on you. Than you would anywhere else. Essentially it's like owning your route, but without the financial compensation of owning your own route. You'll be expected to be in total control of the routes. From inventory to be loaded, sales, customer service to the point they wsnt you to give customers your cell number to be the direct contact for orders, problems etc. You'll be expected to ensure the warehouse has all your needed products in stock. Aka partly responsible for the warehouse. If the warehouse makes a mistake, it will somehow fall on your shoulders to fix. I could go on and on, but it's all around, one of the worst places I've ever worked. Other locations might be better, but the fairless Hills is just very poorly run
