      The other drivers in the branch

      Cons

      Just about everything. Commission plan that is confusing so they can pull large wins and not pay you. Drivers are expected to do everything and threatened when you try to stand up for yourself.

      Work with good people, mostly.

      Cons

      Micromanage, no follow through, lack of communication, lack of training except to watch 1-2 weeks worth of videos that have a test afterwards. There is your training, get our there and play with hazardous materials.
