Cons
In my experience, there is little job security; performance and tenure offer no protection. The Pakistan office largely functions as a low-cost labor outpost, where one handpicked administrator is systematically favored by leadership while others are treated as expendable. Leadership displays clear favoritism toward a small circle of administrators across both the US and Pakistan. Policies are often selectively enforced, with HR serving as a proxy for politically motivated terminations. Meritocracy is absent, as high-performing employees are frequently and strategically dismissed for not conforming to the power structure.
