Pros

Sage provides a very supportive and friendly work environment. The management is very supportive and protective for female employees. They provide and promote a culture that motivates us to keep growing and learning and staying humble even if you get a senior position. They promote mental health and offer related therapy programs for employees. They also offered hot chocolate in winters so theyre the best!

Cons

The location is quite far from my place . This is the only con I can think of!
