The people are really nice.

Cons

Poor pay, punitive QA staff, accounts are not adequately staffed. Too cheap to offer company e-email to the MLS staff, so personal e-mail flooded with overtures to work overtime or requests to work less than a full shift because of work shortages.

* Not micro-managed by QA. * Supportive contacts at company (Team Leader, Head of QA, HR director, etcetera). * Expectations clearly defined and honored.

Cons

* Took a long time to get my direct deposit changed over when I moved states, from Arizona to Georgia. * Pay is low (but profession standard in 2024). * Only way to do some things on my evening time slot is to contact our crew abroad (India) on message board; sometimes my US crew is available while I work, sometimes not.
