Have been with them for years... Plenty of work, management allows you to work independently. As long as you work the hours/shifts and volume of production you commit to, and produce the quality of work expected in our business, which BTW is still at 98% for audits, it is a fantastic company. I was so tired of being a nameless person with the giant MTSOs, so love the personal feel of working for a smaller company, and feeling part of a team, and not just a nameless, faceless number.
